Click on the three-dot icon on the top right corner of the browser.

Click 'Delete browsing data...', or keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + Del
- Select Time range: 'All time'

Select 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.

Click 'Clear data'.
- Try to log back into the website that wasn't working.
Clearing Cache and Cookies on other browsers
Mozilla Firefox

Click on the three-line icon on the top right corner of the browser.

Choose 'Options' > 'Privacy & Security'.

Under 'Cookies and Site Data', click 'Clear Data'.

Select 'Cookies and Site Data' and 'Cached Web Content'.

Click 'Clear'.
Microsoft Edge

Click on the three-dot icon on the top right corner of the browser.

Choose 'Settings' > 'Privacy, search, and services'.

Under 'Clear browsing data', click 'Choose what to clear'.

Select 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.

Click 'Clear'.
Safari

Click on 'Safari' in the top left corner of the screen.

Choose 'Preferences' > 'Privacy'.

Click 'Manage Website Data'.

Click 'Remove All'.

Confirm by clicking 'Remove Now'.
