Update your existing SPF record to include this: "include:spf.hostyourservices.net"
e.g. if your original SPF record is
"v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all"
update it to:
"v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:spf.hostyourservices.net -all"
Check results
Make sure to only create one SPF record.
After updating your SPF record, use a free SPF Check tool to analyse it for any syntax errors and test specific IP addresses of known senders, to see if it will give authorise those IP addresses.
Test send from your the email sending service (e.g. web contact form) to ensure your emails are passing the SPF check.
How to check SPF results in email
Outlook:
In Microsoft Outlook, open the email in question. Click on the File tab, then select Properties. Here, you'll find the Internet headers section. Look for lines that start with "Received-SPF" and "Authentication-Results" to see the SPF check results.
Gmail:
In Gmail, open the email and click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the message window. Choose "Show original" from the dropdown menu. The new window will display the email's headers. Look for "spf=pass" in the "Authentication-Results" section to confirm that the SPF check was successful.
