I'm really happy you want to uninstall Windows Live Mail as it's no longer a reliable email client. Microsoft stopped supporting Windows Live Mail in November 2014. Microsoft has a new email client in Windows 10 called Mail, but it's very limited and it isn't great at blocking spam.
At the end of this article there are options for switching to Gmail, it is the best when it comes to email.
Windows Live Mail is part of suite called Windows Live Essentials.
How to uninstall Windows Live Mail (Windows Live Essentials)

Open Start menu, look for (or type) Windows Live Mail.
- Right click Windows Live Mail and select Uninstall.

In the Uninstall or change program list, click Windows Live Essentials, and then click Uninstall/Change.

Click Remove one or more Windows Live programs.

Select Mail and and the other apps that you want to uninstall, and then click Uninstall. To completely remove Windows Live Essentials, select all the Windows Live apps.

Follow the on-screen instruction to remove Windows Live Mail from your computer.
