How to Disable New Outlook Prompts

Log in to the Office customization page: https://config.office.com/officeSettings

Click Create to start a new cloud policy and provide a name like "Keep Classic Outlook" in the "Basics" step.

In the "Scope" step, choose the scope (e.g., "This policy configuration applies to all users") and click Next.

In the "Policies" step, search for "Hide the 'Try the new Outlook' toggle in Outlook" and set it to Enabled.
