It likes to enable itself after ive disabled it in device manager, reinstalls after i delete the app, and no matter how many times i end the task in task manager, it pops up again. This is the computer equivalent of vermin.
Far out! There must be another software service re-enabling the device. I would try removing all Lenovo software with Bulk Crap Uninstaller (bcuninstaller.com). Also a search for “tobii” with this uninstaller to see if there is anything hidden from the Windows programs uninstaller.
Failing that, an erase and clean install of Windows may do the trick, but that is a lot off effort, I tend to do only when necessary.
